Barbecue
Saturday after attending a Malay wedding ceremony, Hao Qi came over and fetched me for his church barbecue thing. After picking me up, we went over to dark bitch's place and finally to Mic's place. It's like traveling from one end to the other. When we reached, the service sort of started already. We missed the devotion part. Boy I must say attending his church was a great experience, seriously. It was nothing like those normal service I'd attended. HAHA. We felt so lost and out of place because well, we were considered brand new there. Fortunately, many unfamiliar faces came and greet and introduced themselves. Double awkwardness moment. Each of them approached us and asked the same questions. I repeated my name and the place I was studying about 10 friggin' times that night, I reckoned. (:
Let's see what we had that night. Delicious chick wings, sausages, tender lamb slices, nuggets, rock potatoes, salad and pasta without noodles, just gravy. Yep that's about it. Good food, I would say. (: We girls didn't even lay a single finger on that hot charcoal stove. We got the guys moving all night long.
Unfortunately, DARYL ditched me. He, who was super excited when I agreed on going bloody ditched me that night claiming he had lots to do and blah-you know what reasons. Can you believe it. Excuses, daryl. HAHA. You're so not forgiven kay. Just wait to be ditched one fine day (:

Apparenly the new Island Red Cafe's service sucked big time, pffft. Till then! (8
